Melason fever

I think for about 5 weeks starting yesterday, I'll be obliged to post Melason Realiserye on TV as some of my friends requested me this. Not that they don't have TV at home but they can't watch it because they are at work just as I am so I ask my husband to record it. And just as yesterday's pilot episode aired, my husband recorded it so I get to watch it also here in our blog.

That pilot episode was crazy. It started with the Big Night when they were sent to Ninoy Aquino with vintage cars. Like ones that I saw from carinsurancelist.com. They were blindfolded and then the rest is history. It really excites me to watch more of them. Well, I can't really tell you much of the story because it posted here so you can just watch it. And I will be posting more of the upcoming episodes here. So, watch out. Thanks.

pregnancy conundrums

Is it just me or is it brought about my pregnancy? It is just my fourth months of being pregnant and yet I am gaining weight fast. But I am really sure that my eating habits and the amount of food I take has never changed even before I don't have someone on my tummy though I eat something that I don't usually eat before. Add to the fact that I even throw whatever I ate in the morning yet I am increasing my waistline fast, I think. I envy my neighbor who once gave birth in the last few months but gained her stature back. In this situation, I have to turn again to our friend Google to search for ways to stay in shape during and after pregnancy. And I found http://www.weightlosswand.com to be helpful so I visit this site once and a while to read insights. Find helpful tips and with proper diet and devotion I guess, I'll be back in my shape in time.

Baby Eloise learns new things

It is really astonishing what our Baby Eloise has been learning this past few days. She now knows how to interact with me on the phone from the office. Yeah, I used 'interact' as the word because she really still doesn't know how to talk but then she tries to initiate a conversation over the phone. She even says bye to me when I say to her that I need to go. And the funny thing is that my husband told me that she even waives her hand while saying goodbye to me. I like it her also when she sleeps on her own during night time. She just wants to lay beside me as we watch Alvin and the Chipmunks movie (her new favorite movie though Hannah Montana is still her ultimate idol). After a couple of minutes, she'll fall asleep. It is a relief to both of us, my husband and I as he can play earlier Special Force online then he has now a time to wash his face with my Ponds - one of my best night creams that he now uses as I don't use it anymore cause I hate the smell now that I am pregnant. Well, I have to expect sharing my things because Baby Eloise will be sharing with me my "kikay" kit in the future in no time.

father and daughter team II

It's a good thing my husband has found a new way to play with Eloise at the same time have himself "workout". I recently blog about them having the same allergic rhinitis and same reaction when triggered by pollen, dust or even the cold temperature in the morning. And when my husband starts to sneeze in the morning, then he will catch cold with runny nose the whole day. And that starts also to rise his temper. That's why I told him and insisted that he try to play basketball again every morning. It may not necessarily mean to play ball with a team but at least the sport involves running that would be good to his lungs and endurance not to mention it is the best fat burner. To top it all, it doesn't just fight his allergic reaction as his lungs is exercised, but he makes quality time with her daughter. This won't just be a healthy physical activity but emotional as well. So, when husby says he'll play basketball in the morning, even if that would mean I would clean and sweep the floor myself, it's okay. As long as he takes Eloise with him.

wierd thing happened on my blog

I really freaked out when something unexplainable happened as I was about to post a new blog entry last night. I have already finished my blog, then went to my husband's email to check on something, then when I hit the "publish post" button, my blog went to weird site that tells something like SEDOPARKING. My initial reaction was WTF? But then I thought our blog might expired its license from Google web hosting services. That's why I immediately opened my email to check on the date when we made our payment to Google and I painstakingly browsed pages by pages of emails in my inbox. It's really weird that our blog has until July this year before we should pay again Google, so I called up (and apparently wake up) my husband. As geek as he is, I know he can explain it to me what just happened to our blog. And he found out that as I was about to post the entry, he said that I login to his email account which is Gmail (another Google account) while I was login to my blogger.com account which also a Google account. Therefore he explained, having signed in to blogger but then signing in to another account conflicted the former that's why it end up displaying sedoparking. Though he still not clearly answered why "sedoparking" appeared, I have fully understand that you cannot login at the same web directory at a time which better translates to me as; You cannot blog and snoop at your husband's email at the same time. : )

dad's soon to open blog

It is almost a year now yet my husband will still about to create his own blog yet. Although he always help me maintaining this blog for a while now, uploading pics for me and usually proofreading each posts, he still can't manage to find his own niche. He's a techie and I'd say I am proud of him being a geek. He has more time mending our broken PC's than taking me to a date I guess. But that's just me, I mean, I know what he's capable of aside from the fact that he was a former Editor-in-chief of our newspaper in college back in years. Maybe he thinks that creating a technological blog would be costly as he says about tech blogs that he follows usually feature devices that bought out of the author's own pocket. And by just merely copying reviews from other sites would downgrade his work. I don't know, maybe he wants it to be really big someday but as I always say to him, he has to start something at least. And everybody starts at the bottom before they reach the top. I think I have inspired him with that "quotable quote" of mine as he now starts drafting some articles for his upcoming blog, I just don't know what really its all about. Well, even if it's just about anything or diet pill reviews he'll be perhaps creating, I will support it with all my heart.

taking education online

When my husband and I talked about my resignation and going home in his province, I felt kind of upset. I don't know if it's really unhappiness I am feeling or I am just worried that I am not used to stay at home as I am working for almost 4 and a half years now. But it all changed when he also brought up about me taking education one more time and get another degree. He instantly thought of it as studies may take up my time yet I am hesitant about since I am now in second trimester of my pregnancy. And I may give birth by June which marks the start of the school. I welcomed the idea and actually would love to take another degree but my situation I think doesn't want to permit me. But then my husband thought of enrolling me to an online university. I think that is the biggest I could take if I want to take studies at the comfort of our home and not worry about my pregnancy. He too will have peace of mind while he's away working because I can take up another bachelors degree online at home.

And when we talked about online university, Western Governor's University or WGU always comes to our mind as it was my husband's preference the last time we hunt for online university available. We have found out that it still one of the most affordable online educational institution even if compared to any online university locally. I am now just hoping that I could finish a course before I give birth to our second baby.

father and daughter team

I am glad that Baby Eloise is growing maturely fast her age. She knows now how to obey his dad's simple commands like handing me a towel before I go to bathe or receiving the a customer's payment and putting it on the cash box. Her daddy teaches her all that. It is also nice to know that they enjoy each time I am at the office just like by getting baby Eloise her bath. And during times that they don't have customer yet in the shop, they go out in the mall for a while and ride the walking animals which baby E. mostly enjoys. I am always thankful that she inherited most of his father genes being the smart one and bright. She learns fast and independently learning everything out of observation. But there's only one unfortunate thing he inherited from his father's that I am not glad she had. She shares the same allergies like her father having bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis that can be triggered by pollen and dust. And to that sad fact that I also have weak lungs, so it's just sad if Eloise would show complications like I had when I was young. But I am hoping not, since we already had her checkup and her doctor gave her the medicine including oral vitamins for that. Anyway, we will be going home when I resign from my work so we could walk in the beach for a fresh sea breeze that is good for the lungs. We will have more time together in the province at home just like having an Outer Banks vacation rentals abroad but free.

mystery file solved

I posted this picture (shown) last time here and for a couple of weeks we're still trying to figure out what was that thing really on top of me that made us shiver until my husband realized what was it really last night. He said he was talking to a friend with a new cellphone that they fiddled with its camera. My husband said he tested his friends camera to know its resolution and the cellphone happened to have a strap that partially covered the lens. What happened was the picture he took resulted a blur image of vertical red line hovering in front of him - the cellphone has red strap. That made him think and realized that the ghost-like object floating on top of me was just my old strap with blue marble-like beads on it. We didn't think of it then as that strap lost when Baby Eloise tried to detach and play with it that same day. The strap happened to be dangling when I shot this picture and the camera captured it swaying on top of me. And because camera cellphones has low shutter speed, the blue beads projected a ghosting effect as it was closer to the lens. Hmmm, well that explains it well because I really don't know what was it then as I took the picture with our window blinds down and there was not enough sunlight. Now I get it. Not all that your eyes can see is the real thing. Thanks to Sherlock Homes, we became investigative after we watched that movie, i think. : )

the final countdown

It is now my second trimester of pregnancy yet I still have not filed my maternity papers to our office. I don't know, I just don't want my boss to get disappointed of me. Not that she opposes pregnancy but she advises me to not get into it again so early. With today's situation in our office where my office mates were already showing their interests to resign, one thing my boss doesn't want to hear is me being pregnant that in a few months I'll be leaving the office as well. But what she really doesn't what to hear from me is that I also want to take the exit signs like what my office mates have already told her -I think some of them already filed. But as good employee I am, I will let them find substitutes or new AA so that when leave, I leave them with clear conscience.

PBB: Can't get enough of MELASON : )

I admit. One of the reasons why I stay up late at night is because I watch Pinoy Big Brother on TV. Yes, and I can't get enough of Jayson and Melissa tandem or should I say love team. I don't know about the past PBB but I think this is one season that they got the cutest, (and wackiest) couple that really clicks to the masses. And tonight's episode had cleared Jayson and Melissa's hurdle to being happily ever after when Big Brother lure in Melissa's former boyfriend inside the house. Melissa and her ex-boyfriend Roy talked about their breakup and finally had disclosure on their almost 3 and a half year relationship. But in the end, Big Brother also let Jayson talk to Roy man-to-man over a bottle of beer and ended up giving each personalized gifts as Jayson asked for Roy's earing as he exchanged it with clothes. And then the moment of disappointment comes, the show ended and has to continue tomorrow... Sigh... It's okay. Good thing I can sleep well as I am happy with what I saw in the show tonight. : )
