company's surveillance cam: for protection or voyeurism?

Theft has always been a problem in our department store that's why our company is putting up more surveillance cameras inside the store and other vicinity. Their adding up more sophisticated camera for their wireless security systems for more discreet and uneasy to spot cam for suspected thieves or robbers. Every year, more and more theft incidents has been recorded happen in our department store, that's why it only a good thing they have came up with this idea. Anyway, these systems do not just protect it from theft incidents but from repelling bad employees as well.
